UEFA Academy Alumni Association (UEFA AAA)

The UEFA Academy Alumni Association is an engaging and forward-looking community of graduates from UEFA Academy programmes worldwide. The AAA aims to create value for all UEFA Academy Alumni in addition to fostering a thriving association composed of sports industry professionals working across associations, clubs, leagues and other stakeholders.

The UEFA AAA represents the interests of an international community of alumni who have successfully completed UEFA Academy programmes. At its core, AAA membership represents a lifelong association with the UEFA Academy, connection to our thriving alumni community and access to an unmatched network across the world of football.

Circle Platform

One of the UEFA AAA’s key communication channels with its members is Circle. It is a dedicated community platform built specifically for professional networks and membership communities.

Unlike LinkedIn, Circle provides a private, focused space where alumni can connect meaningfully, share resources, engage in discussions, and collaborate – without the noise of a general social network, upon joining the UEFA AAA just ask for the link to register.

UEFA AAA Board

Who is the board ?

The UEFA AAA Board is made up of seven elected alumni representatives who serve as the voice of the UEFA Academy alumni community. Candidates campaign within our social groups and are elected through a month-long voting process, giving alumni the opportunity to choose the individuals who will represent their interests.

Each Board serves a two-year term. Following election, members take part in an onboarding process where they identify their key strengths, experience, and areas of interest. Based on this, each member is assigned a Vice President (VP) portfolio that best aligns with their skills, ensuring the Board can effectively support all areas of the Association.

Together, the Board works to represent alumni interests, strengthen community engagement, and help guide the ongoing development of the UEFA Academy Alumni Association.
