The National Academies Network connects and empowers the educational hubs of UEFA member associations, providing a collaborative platform to enhance football management education across Europe.

An increasing number of UEFA member associations have established educational hubs aimed at supporting the continuous development of their stakeholders and staff. These national academies deliver educational initiatives tailored to the specific needs of football within their local contexts and in their national languages.

UEFA actively encourages and supports these initiatives. To strengthen their impact, the UEFA Academy has initiated the National Academies Network, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among the educational units and structures of UEFA member associations.

By connecting them and leveraging the UEFA Academy’s expertise, the network aims to raise the overall standard of football education and development across Europe. Through regular exchanges, the National Academies Network enables members to:

share best practices;
co-create solutions to common challenges;
align educational initiatives for greater coherence;
inspire innovation in football education.

This collaborative approach will ensure that national academies not only grow individually, but also contribute to the advancement of European football.
