The UEFA Elite Club Programme enhances the knowledge and managerial skills of club’s senior management in key areas of club activities through interactive seminars and visits to elite clubs in Europe.
Programme overview
The UEFA ECP aims to equip CEOs and senior managers in elite clubs with the essential knowledge and skills need to lead an organisation and drive growth within their club.
The programme contains at least two seminars focusing on the key areas of club operations with the content delivered by club executives, UEFA staff and industry experts. One of these seminars includes visits to elite clubs in a European country to gain in-depth knowledge on their operations and structure.
Through case studies, interactive sessions and practical group work articipants will enhance their capabilities in the following areas:
